Aiko Sushi opened in Lund 2016, first of its kind in Skåne with the concept "All you can eat" sushi. Our ambition was to deliver high quality sushi, made at order to give the lovely feeling of fresh sushi and much of the goods for those who want to treat themselves, while avoiding unnecessary food waste by making only what the guests wants and not like a normal buffet.

 

After 2 years with a lot of love, appreciation and encouragement, in November 2017 we open the gate for the first Aiko Sushi Express, in Malmö.

At Aiko Sushi Express, we focus more on swiftness, while maintaining the high quality of our sushi and a little more focus on fresh Poké Bowls, which was also greatly appreciated at Aiko Sushi.

 

Aiko which means love or the beloved child, depends on how it is written, in Japanese. With the love of sushi, we want to spread it with care, through the food we serve. We want the guests to feel an ounce of joy for sushi, preferably lots when eating with us, new taster as well as experienced sushi lovers. With that in mind, we looking forward to welcome everyone.
